Setting up a Traditional Call Tree
Traditional Call Tree require a person to be assigned as the Call Tree Manager for call tree initiation. This can be one person or a couple of persons assigned to initiate the Call Tree. The Call Tree Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the Call Tree; its structure; its key person dependencies and the underlying contact information is kept uptodate at all times. The Call Tree Manager is also responsible for testing the Call Tree on a regular basis.
How does the Call Tree work
Once the Call Tree is inititiated; the Call Tree Manager contacts the Second tier persons in the hierarchy and provides them with the Call Tree message. The second tier cascade this information to underlying tiers; until all Call Tree persons have been contacted.
